Shipping policy

The processing time for orders is 3 to 5 business days, but will be despatched as soon as possible.

We ship to United Kingdom addresses only, sorry. Where possible and if you are an existing customer, we can arrange home delivery directly to you. Standard Royal Mail is used for general shipping.

Postage and Packing is FREE for all orders over £100, and a flat rate of £3.95 for order values under £50. Advent Calendar Vouchers can either be collected from your preferred salon for free, or sent to you in the post, for a 50p charge.

We try to maintain an accurate inventory list but some items can become unavailable from the supplier with no notice to us. If you have ordered an item that cannot be fulfilled by us, you will receive a full refund, including any shipping prepaid, in full.
