Refund policy
Returns
We want you to be happy with your purchase, but if something goes wrong, we have a Returns and Refund policy to help you out.
This policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Returns can only be accepted in the case of the wrong item being dispatched to you by us. Please check that you order the correct item before checkout to avoid this situation, thank you.
If you have received the incorrect item, let us know by email at <info@heavenatnumber7.co.uk> letting us know the error, and we will investigate. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Products that have been opened, or used even partially, or that have been damaged in any way, are not eligible for returns.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
Faulty Goods
We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged at the time you received them. Please note that products we consider to have been damaged by you are not eligible for replacement. Particularly with regards to Environ, you should take care not to damage the pump bottles. If your pump isn't working, email us first for instructions and advice on how to get it working again. In the case of genuinely fault goods, you may exchange it for the same item, by emailing us at info@heavenatnumber7.co.uk and send your item to: Heaven at number 7, 7 Victoria Street, Englefield Green, Egham, TW20 0QY, United Kingdom.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Heaven at number 7, 7 Victoria Street, Englefield Green, Egham, TW20 0QY, United Kingdom
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
